This pitcher was purchased at the Ungemach Pottery when we were privileged to take a tour there on one of our visits to the pottery festival, probably either in 1979 or 1980. (We have a small catalogue from each of those years, along with the hand-out for the plant tour. The pitcher is in the 1979 catalogue.) The plant, which made items for the floral trade, was located at 26 Potter's Lane, Roseville, Ohio, and had a retail outlet at 83 Main St. The flowers, leaves, and other trim on the pitcher are hand-painted and under the glaze. The piece is in excellent condition since it has been on the top shelf of our kitchen cupboard most of the time since. We would like $18.00 plus shipping for what we feel is an unusual piece. We do charge county sales tax to Ohio buyers.
