Many items for sale by Collect A Lot Shop (found on pages with the Collect A Lot Shop blue roof logo) have been previously owned, but there are some that have never been used and a few that are still in the original box or packaging! 

If you have any questions about the condition of an item before you buy, or if you need sizes or more pictures, please send an e-mail to Mary@collectalotshop.com or send me a note, or call 1-800-957-3685 and leave a message.  Also, please let me know if you would like to purchase more than one item.  I can combine shipping costs to save you money!

The items are generally in good to excellent condition, but it is possible that a few of the items could have minor imperfections that were missed when adding them to the website.  Your satisfaction is very important to me, so if I find any unmentioned flaws or problems when packaging your items, I will notify you right away and cancel your order if desired or send you a refund if you have already paid for your items.  If I miss something, or if you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, please contact me right away by telephone or e-mail (items shipped within the United States may be safely returned within 45 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund for the price of the items only - all shipping and handling is non-refundable including shipping cost to return items.  Also, you must notify me by telephone or e-mail of the return).  Thanks!

Note to International Buyers:  Not all items for sale by Collect A Lot Shop are eligible for shipping outside of the USA (for example... large or valuable items).  The rates displayed for shipping and handling are for shipping within the United States.  Buyers must pay additional shipping costs for the items that I will ship outside of the USA and must pay with PayPal.  Items shipped outside of the United States will be marked "merchandise" and the buyer is responsible for any potential duties or taxes.  Because first-class international packages cannot be insured, buyer assumes all risk if the package is lost or damaged by the post office.  Priority Mail International has the option of adding insurance, but it is usually more expensive.

PAYMENT:  Collect A Lot Shop will accept a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card securely online though PayPal (your choice of buy now button, send money tab, secure link or email invoice).   PayPal will process your credit card payment for free and you don't have to have a PayPal account.  You will also have the option to pay with PayPal if you do have an account.  A PayPal account is helpful if you prefer to pay with a debit card.

Some payments may also be made by money order or cashiers check though the mail upon request and approval.
